With Tileboard, we've taken complete over-sight of multiple sites so that we can track production output through every piece on every job in order to guarantee accurate billings. This is key to our business where customer service is paramount to winning new projects. The implementation was smooth going forward since we were working with the IT team as well as Plant Management. I honestly have no dislikes. We use the app to keep tabs on everything including personnel availability and safety concerns. This also allows me to send out work orders from our mobile devices. The best thing about tileboard is that it is very easy to use and the reports are very detailed. The support team is very helpful and willing to assist you with any questions you may have. The main problem I have with tileboard is that it sometimes lags and takes a while to load. I have used tileboard for over a year now and it has been very useful. I am able to monitor my production line and make changes to improve my production.
