While I'm confident this product will work as advertised (I've had great success using genuine Mederma products), the smell is unbearable. For those who have had the pleasure of being in the men's room, I can only describe the smell of this cream as the smell of a urinal. Every time I use this I smell the bathroom in one of my favorite places; Not that I (or anyone who can smell me) particularly enjoy being tied up, but c'est la vie. I will continue to use this product but I can only hope (pray?) that the wonderful scientists at Mederma will reformulate this product with or without a different scent.
