Anyone have an idea to fix this?
Received both remotes in no time. Unfortunately I'm having a terrible time programming one of these. It seems that when I change the channel, every second press on the channel switch shifts the channel number and in most cases it doesn't calculate. Any ideas how to fix this? When I try to program the Samsung model number, your model list doesn't contain the one I want, so I can't calculate the volume. Any suggestions Frustrated customer Hope to hear from Andrea
