Review on High-performance Hygger Titanium Aquarium Heater: Fast Heating & Digital Temp Control for 60-180 Gallon Freshwater Marine Tanks by Tiffany Pine

It is advertised as 800w and the product itself is advertised as 800w but it is actually only 500w as measured by my sense energy monitor. My first heater gave me an EE error indicating overheating (the instructions say there is this error when the water temp is above 97 degrees F, but it's only 95) and it was only using 500 watts. At first I thought they sent me the 500w version and I would have to replace it with the correct 800w version. But no, my new one only has 500 watts (see picture). So my recommendation is not to buy this product from this company. THIS IS A FAULT AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
