First off, anyone who can say anything negative about it is just an unreasonable person who doesn't know what to think about things. [Like most 1 star reviewers] I could write a 5,000 word essay on why everyone should throw out their trash and pick up this one, but unfortunately I won't. Just a few highlights. Food cooks and tastes better, no anodized aluminum and is ridiculously easy to clean! I've been looking for a great set for a long time and wow this set is great! don't suck, it's not a chore but something I look forward to. To clean them, no matter what you've been cooking in them, just let them cool, spray and wipe dry; It works 9 times out of 10 if you don't wipe it with your fingers or a sponge and shazam like new. Don't be lazy and put them in the dishwasher, they are easy to spray and dry out. I didn't believe it at first either, but the food just tastes better in these pots! You can also regulate the temperature very well, just start at a low temperature and slowly increase the temperature as needed.
