I ordered this wheel bearing kit in May but didn't receive the rotors and pads (different supplier) until the end of June so my setup for a wheel was in early June (five stars I think back then). But in July I finished the second wheel and everything changed. This hub had a faulty ABS sensor that shut off as soon as the wheel moved. Luckily my computer caught the bug and although it eventually disabled the ABS, it resets every ride of 20 minutes or more and can shut off every time I accelerate. I reported this immediately and we both agreed that I would receive a working replacement, but instead of returning the defective unit and paying for shipping I would pay a small fee to ship the new unit back. Deadline was 10-6 days ago. I have informed customer service that I am still waiting. No reply for 5 days. Delivery details are missing. It's like I lost their radar so I can't even give them one star for this unit and I'm still dealing with ABS grabbing my brake at any speed. DISAPPOINTMENT! I'll happily change my assessment if we sort this out soon, but I had to share. I hope this gets your attention.
