I have replaced all the pots in my house from light bulbs to LED lights. I think there were about 50 lamps in total. As luck would have it, the new LED lights only stayed in pots on the cathedral's 13-foot ceiling. They kept showing up. I didn't want to do something low budget like using screws on lights so I turned to these Velcro straps. I removed the metal spring arms from the LED lights and placed 4 sets of velcro dots around the perimeter. of LED lamp. I pressed them firmly against the flat edge of the pot's ceiling mount and they are now flush but still easy to remove. Check out a series of photos showing the steps I took. Hope that helps!
