i wanted to get rid of the cigarette lighter plug that came with my vantrue dvr because the plug lost connection with the power supply and the camera kept turning off and i had to unplug it figure it out and set it to turn the camera back on, which is very annoying and distracting while driving. This cable was easy to install, and the flat surface of the cable made it fairly easy to insert between the side panel and the molding, leaving the cable completely invisible.
