Beautiful amazing perfectly sharp compact knife for processing melons / buns / grape tomatoes - perfect!

This is the most fabulous knife! (!) Received a great promotional offer on this knife - while perfectly happy with my current knives, I didn't have a larger knife/cleaver for things like melons or larger items, so I decided to give it a try. I have another Paudin knife that I really like (8' Carver); This knife is part of the latest Paudin Pro line I believe. First I cut them into very large cooked salmon rolls - no sticking and PERFECT CLEAN lines (see photo!); then I sliced grape tomatoes - same thing! Please see my close-up photos of neatly sliced tomatoes - it makes slicing incredibly easy! The weight is ideal; I'm a woman who worries about overstraining her hands so this is actually the PERFECT size (not as big as I expected but actually fits my hands much better than the traditional cleaver my grandma had) . Weight, this is the ideal weight to easily cut larger/bulky items. Plus it's a superbly crafted, beautiful knife that's smooth to the touch (obviously not the sharp part, ha). I will be adding more photos as I continue to use this, I hope to add more to my collection!
