I like that we can see all of our customers' information in one place! It's also really easy to keep track if an order has been placed or not as well which helps us tremendously when it comes time to billing out repairs/services!! The only thing about busybench i dislike are their shipping costs (they're fairly exspensive).
We have found this system helpful specifically since its where ALL customer info lives so there isn't anything lost between each visit by my staff member who performs work orders & services requests. If you need something simple then go ahead but otherwise look into other systems too because they usually offer more features at lower cost than busypench does :) Our main goal was having everything together under 1 roof rather than finding multiple places online just looking up things such as invoice amounts from previous visits etc..
