Despite PLUSUTV's claims to be the go-to destination for discount car parts and accessories, my experience with them has been less than stellar. Replacement, body, and trim components appear to be available in large quantities, and their costs are very reasonable. However, PLUSUTV falls short on both quality and dependability. Many of the things I've bought from them have arrived with defective components. I've had to return products and go through the effort of obtaining from another provider because they were either defective or didn't fit my car properly. Their customer care representatives are pleasant enough to talk to, but I haven't found them to be particularly helpful when it comes to fixing problems with the things I've bought from them. Once they have your money, it seems they aren't interested in doing whatever it takes to keep you happy. I like that PLUSUTV stuff is cheap, but I've realized that you get what you pay for. Spending a little more money and choosing with a more reputable supplier can ensure that you receive durable, high-quality vehicle parts and accessories. In conclusion, PLUSUTV may be a viable alternative for people on a tight budget; but, the company's products are inconsistent in quality and the quality of its customer care leaves much to be desired.
