The tool is very easy to use with great support from Salesforce.
It's quite user friendly so anyone who has basic knowledge about sales tools will be able to set it up easily. I like that we are using this as an additional channel for marketing campaigns which helps us keep track of what people have done in order to reach out via social media channels or email etc. This makes my job easier when looking at analytics reports! Nothing really but if you're considering integrating any type of lead capture/engagement software then go ahead and give these guys a call they were extremely helpful and helped me make sure everything was setup correctly before adding anything live to production environment.
