Easy To Use Platform That Delivers Results

The ability to engage with my target audience in an authentic way that is highly relevant. I love how easy it was for me as the owner/operator to manage all aspects of my campaigns from start to finish. It's been so much easier than managing everything myself! There are some minor glitches here and there but they have already addressed them quickly and efficiently. We've had success using voco to enhance customer service at a local non-profit organization. Not only has this helped us build…

Pros
  • Easy content creation &amp management
  • Very intuitive platform, very user friendly interface.
  • Ability connect directly w media buyers (ease)
  • Media buying toolset offers exceptional flexibility
Cons
  • Some disadvantages

Great integration between SFDC & Leadpages

The tool is very easy to use with great support from Salesforce. It's quite user friendly so anyone who has basic knowledge about sales tools will be able to set it up easily. I like that we are using this as an additional channel for marketing campaigns which helps us keep track of what people have done in order to reach out via social media channels or email etc. This makes my job easier when looking at analytics reports! Nothing really but if you're considering integrating any type of lead

Pros
  • Great way manage multiple customers
  • Very customer focused team.
  • Easy implementation process
  • Nice API documentation available, making integration fast & simple enough not needing much custom development work needed once all requirements met during signup stage..well documented APIs (ease code reuse)
  • Excellent Support TeamHelpful advice given throughout entire product usage life span including deployment helpdesk tickets submitted through regular cad
Cons
  • It is hard to say

Best possible solution (and free trial) when looking For customer service

Voco is great if you want to reach out to your clients quickly and efficiently in a way that feels natural. I really like the ease of pulling up all my contacts and then adding them into my daily flow. It allows me to easily schedule posts for each contact based on our current relationship or lack thereof with one another. I've only been at 3 Radical for about 2 weeks now but so far no complaints from the team here! The ability to create an account and start reaching out is incredibly easy and…

Pros
  • Ease, simplicity to use interface ! And its fast response times when contacting people through email messages.
  • Its pretty user friendly even though i'm brand spanking new just starting learning things related directly towards vocos services ; )
Cons
  • I don't enjoy having two separate accounts (or maybe three?)

We tried to use it once and couldn't even get it to connect. You can only send text messages, which means you have to send it through another app (which is completely broken). It's not intuitive at all. I've had no luck getting any sort of response from customer service either. Not useful if your phone isn't supported by this app or the other one. Also the free version is limited. If you want more than 200 characters per message they will charge $10/month plus tax. So when you're trying to…

Pros
  • It has lots of functions
  • There is also a free version
Cons
  • The product itself is expensive.
  • Not all phones support it.
  • Customer service doesn't help.
  • Conclusion:
  • In my opinion, if you are going to be spending over $100 per month for services then you should probably use a cloud-based service instead of using a free app on your phone.
