Review on 3radical Voco by Daniel Jenkins

The ability to engage with my target audience in an authentic way that is highly relevant. I love how easy it was for me as the owner/operator to manage all aspects of my campaigns from start to finish. It's been so much easier than managing everything myself! There are some minor glitches here and there but they have already addressed them quickly and efficiently. We've had success using voco to enhance customer service at a local non-profit organization. Not only has this helped us build loyalty among current donors; we're also able to provide valuable information about future donations via surveys.
