When I first received this rack, it seemed easy to install. However, like many reviewers here, the rod did not fit through the brackets. Since both pieces are metal, I'm not sure how you would get this to work other then perhaps filing down the metal (and the black paint).The reason I gave 5 stars is that I reached out to the seller, and they very quickly made it right by mailing out a new bracket and rod. They followed up with a few different messages to let me know the status. As it turned out, the original rod was the issue, as the new rod we received easily fit with the brackets we had already installed. We now have shovels, brooms, a leaf blower, and two kid scooters hanging on our garage wall.with room to spare. For that excellent customer service to obtain a great product, I'm happy to give a 5-star rating!
