If like me you think it would be great to have a reverse osmosis system that produces LOTS of drinking water, keep looking. I bought this to install under the sink in my new kitchen. Even after 6 hours of "cleaning the filter" with running water, it was so salty that it was impossible to drink. So I called the manufacturer, "This device isn't for drinking water, it's for growing in a pot." (Try looking for it in a Revain ad.) The tech talked about the TDS creep and said that without the reservoir I would have to run the device CONTINUOUSLY to use it as drinking water. Since more than 30 days have passed, the vendors, manufacturers and Revain have let me down. No return, no return, nada.
