Thanks to HP for this option, there aren't many options on the market. This is a workhorse for those who type a lot of text. coding, spreadsheets, etc. While not like the LG 5K, it costs more than half and the build quality is really great! If you're into image/video editing or graphic design, the panel isn't bad, but by default none of the preset modes actually work, are too popular, or anything else just isn't "right" (compared to my previous entry-level Eizo or LG 5K). I'm considering getting a Spyder Color. Note that there is no ambient light sensor, so it can be very very bright at night. The brightness cursor is between 20 and 30 over 100 for me.
