I bought these "hiking shoes" for my daughter to wear around our farm. She's out a lot, but she's 9, so we're not talking active here. They lasted 5 months, the outside of the shoe which was pink looks completely worn out, the outer layer of the shoe is almost gone and the sole has fallen off completely. they are garbage. They were NEVER left outside or abused. There was nothing unusual about these shoes that caused them to fall apart so easily, they were just very poorly made. NOT WORTH THE MONEY
