I love being able to quickly charge two things on demand: rechargeable batteries and a karaoke machine. This works very well. I'm lucky these two use USB Type-C, so they're a perfect match. The karaoke machine is charged in about an hour instead of the previous two hours. The batteries that I leave charged at the 8-battery charging station give a maximum charge in about 10-15 minutes, which used to take almost an hour. They lose their charge if left for a while so I like to charge them before use. I don't have to plan that far ahead here. My phone also uses USB-C, but it's mostly always charged so it rarely runs out of power, but it would be useful for some. highlighted.
