(Update) A week and a half later one of the seals on one of the rollers broke off and was sent back and upgraded to a nicer model. Works great, perfectly prepare raw sausage for breakfast in about half an hour to 40 minutes. easy to clean, works very well, i use it at work, it's on my tool box at the bike shop, co-workers love it
