The product is well made, arrived on time and was the same size as the original. The biggest issue isn't the filter, although there was an issue, it's the design/position of the filter holder, which is MUCH higher behind the glove box. Some videos show the removal of the side panel and the glove box. Some underside show work I did as I didn't want to take the car apart to change the filter. There is absolutely no access to this place for a normal person. Your arms/hands just don't bend like that. If you can reach it, you can't see it, so it's pretty tactile. He ended up lying on his back, legs out the door, head under his head, and through trial and error finally managed to get inside. The side panels became much stiffer when swapped out, adding to the difficulty. You had to work back and forth with them to give them the flexibility you need to get started. The original filter pages were very flexible. You'll need to pinch the center of the filter to deform it to fit the slot and then rock it back and forth until it's in its final position. The included instructions are useless as they are too small to even read. Check out some videos on YouTube. If I had known it was going to be a big PITA I probably wouldn't have even ordered or let the dealer do it.
