Not 3 " manifold/flange

I thought I would buy a complete 3" manifold. It is 3" at the ball and seat but reduced to 2 1/2" instead of 3" (at the outlet) for welding up to 3" exhaust. Apparently the wrong part went into the right box. Return and reorder for 3" flange. Reordered and received same part number 21119. This one has a 3" socket.
