Review on Telebrands Stone Wave Micro Cooker by Tina Moore

I love this little microwavable ceramic pot. The set contained a stone pot with a lid and instructions, a booklet with recipes. I mainly use it to boil eggs. I used to have a plastic microwave egg cooker. I had to keep changing them because they break over time. The last time it broke I decided to look for an alternative. I found this and thought it would be more durable. The idea that you can cook a lot of other things in it is definitely a plus. Also included is a recipe book. I have a toddler and he eats scrambled eggs for breakfast every morning. Making omelettes is also easy. My husband works nights so when he gets up for work at 2pm he wants a hearty breakfast. I've played with the times and listed them below. This is a good time for my microwave. I also opted for an apple dessert, slightly modified. It turned out well and I had to make a portion for each. Everyone really liked it too. This is the best microwave egg cooker I have ever had. The recipes were prepared using a 900W microwave oven. Scrambled eggs* One egg* drop of milk Beat well, cook for 1 minute. Makes a nicely textured, moist scrambled egg. Boil 2 eggs for 1.30 minutes. 2 egg omelette* 2 eggs* cheese, sausage, mushrooms, onion, ham, to taste.* Top with salsa or ketchup (optional) Whisk eggs well, mix with other ingredients. Download what you want. Boil 3 minutes. It's a good salsa or stuffed ketchup. Apple chips (I think)* One apple, cored and sliced.* 1 tablespoon brown sugar (or more)* 1 small knob of butter* A good generous pinch of cinnamon* One crushed golden gram granola or one gram croutons. (Topping) Prepare the apple, cut into thin slices, cook for 30 seconds. Remove and drain liquid. Mix butter, sugar and cinnamon. Boil 1 minute. Top with gram crackers. Hope these recipes help. I have changed the ones in the book to my liking and my microwave. Above all, experiment and have fun. My only problem right now is that I don't own more than one of them.
