Not a suitable OEM replacement for the Medium Range Orbiter!

When I received this spacer and installed it on my 5 inch porta cable I thought it would be a great solution at a great price. The pad worked great for about 15 minutes sanding 2 small side tables I had built. Then the cover fell off. Looking at the grinder and the pad, it turned out that the base material of the pad wasn't strong enough and the screws ripped out the base of the pad. I used 320 grit sanding discs to get a fine finish before painting so there wasn't much pressure or work on the pad when it failed.
