Review on Inverter welding machine Fubag IR 200 VRD 38900, MMA by Micha Spodymek ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Matches the description completely, very satisfied.

The video didn't load. I'm attaching a photo with the first 2 electrodes. Yes, by the way welding is sensitive to them. Monolith electrodes melt metal more strongly - the seam is noticeably wider. I made the handle from the belt short, so it seemed more convenient and did not get dirty on the ground. But, probably, these are nit-picking . you can adapt to everything, the main thing is soft, chirping))) welding and the absence of spatter. Would I recommend this welding?. Yes!

Pros
  • Good afternoon! Impressions are ambiguous. Advantages: 1) a large power reserve. Electrode 2mm current 40-45A, 2.5mm. 50 A. and this is at 210 V in the network. 2) the welding itself works very softly, there is absolutely NO spatter. And for this you can forgive EVERYTHING!
Cons
  • 1) Adjustments are inaccurate. at 50A there is not enough current, at 51A you feel an incommensurable increase - definitely not 1A. If you put A more burns through the metal 3mm. Italian Blueweld 164 brews 2.5 mm at 75 A. Svarog also works at 75A. 2) no hot start. 3) anti-sticking works ambiguously. It does not turn off, but reduces the voltage. 4) the process itself is manageable, but requires constant monitoring. "Fired up" often not from 1 time. As the metal warms up, welding begins to burn through more. It is treated by interrupting or increasing the feed rate. On Blueweld, the seam is always stable - it does not burn through on hot metal, as if it is adjusting - but there are many times more splashes and you can only work in a welder's suit. 5) If you cook pointwise, no ice. Due to the lack of a hot start.

Has some pros: Looks great. You can put it on a shelf and enjoy. Has some cons: Turned off after trying to use the 5 mm electrode. All.
