13.19” is not 13” - my new review
13” is not 13.19”. Purchased for use with Breville toaster oven. Wouldn’t allow the door to close. Non-stick requires seasoning. Not a huge deal either way (I season my cast iron, and I just banged the pan on the counter (oven mitt to protect counter) and bent up the sides). The 12” would do fine for fresh or frozen pizzas. Allows center to cook more evenly.
- Nice pan, have only used it once. Worked well and was easy to clean.
- The perforations may cause the pizza to lose its shape during cooking, making it difficult to slice and serve
