This product is not very compatible with most frames. Unless it's a cheap wire spring frame, it won't fit the mount well on most frames. It is also EXTREMELY PERMANENT. If you plan to hang frames, make sure you hang them correctly every time. Otherwise you will break down (I mean break down) your wall. While this product was a major disappointment, the double sided tape and velcro sold by Command are excellent. I would recommend these unless you have a frame that doubles as a standalone frame (or has components that protrude from the back).
