I am seriously disappointed in many other dashboard mounts. This is stiff and doesn't wobble when driving over bumps. This uses a Galaxy Note 4 with an Anker Extended battery. I hope it lasts. Others I've bought, aside from Samsung's original Galaxy Note 1 dash mount, sucked and snapped and wobbled so hard you think it's about to fly out the window. Not this one. The little fingers on it attach to a spring loaded part that pulls the phone down and then pulls it into place and works really well. There are two types of fingers that come with this device and I used the longer ones. This problem gnawed at me like a piranha, and I'm glad I crushed it. Now for other little annoyances in my life. but at least i now have a stable holder for my mobile phone/gps.
