Excellent frying pans! However, I chose this product over other brands because it came with a small plumbing kit and I had never made a glaze before. This product assumes that you are already familiar with piping equipment and does not include assembly instructions. I didn't even know what to google to find out how to properly assemble it because there was no documentation stating what a coupler (or anything) was. I didn't learn what a muff is and how to use it until much later, when I bought a couple of instructional piping bags from Michaels. I can now use the reusable bag that these cupcake pans came in, but after using the disposables I found them to be less of a hassle to clean. Although the shapes are great.
