Fiducia - A great partner during this time
Fiducia allows us to stay on top of payroll and benefits administration without having to rely on outside vendors. They have a vast knowledge base to help you with any issues you might have. The system is intuitive and easy to use. We have been able to keep track of all our employees and their payroll information with ease. There is nothing that I dislike about Fiducia. If you are looking for a payroll and HR solution, Fiducia is the way to go. Fiducia has helped us get through the COVID-19 pandemic. They have been able to keep employees paid and benefits in place.
Pros
- Easy access
- Friendly support staff when needed
- Ease at which we can navigate within my account as well.
- Updates available easily accessible online if there's something new or important released by fiducial (like updates)
Cons
- Sometimes it takes longer than expected before an update gets implemented.
- Not very helpful/informative error messages sometimes
- For example some errors could be more descriptive & less vague..
