Review on 🀰 Postpartum Maternity Support Belt and Waist Cincher for Recovery, Shape and Waist Training by Adam Krueger

Doesn't hide belly fat

This waist trainer was a disappointment, mainly because it didn't give me the compression I was looking for. It's comfortable and makes me feel like there's compression, but looking at pictures of me wearing it and not wearing it, it looks about the same. As thick as it is, I think it will offer more compression. I bought the small size as I'm usually of average height, 5ft 4.5in and 156lbs, 10 weeks postpartum. I need to lose 16 pounds of weight before going back to pre-pregnancy weight, which means 16 pounds of pure fat. Most of it is on my stomach and it doesn't hide it at all. It accentuates my curves a little more and supports my chest so it's perky and not as saggy. But the whole reason I bought this was for the pelvic support and abdominal compression. I didn't get much either. I also don't like that the zipper doesn't sit flat but sticks out in places so you can tell I'm wearing something underneath instead of looking nice and smooth which almost makes me look fatter than I am. I can see that for those who are much more overweight it makes a difference if you buy a size or two smaller (I don't know if you can then close it but the material seems quite durable). However, if you are closer to my size, look elsewhere as I need it right now. Maybe something thinner and slimmer.
