The iOS app has not been updated for use on the latest iPhones.

I need to scan things and send emails from my phone. Received the product today and tried to find the app to download from the Apple Store but couldn't find it. I went to the website to download it and when it opened the app I couldn't download it because the app maker hadn't updated the app for iOS 11 yet. If you're selling an item and say it's at least usable on the iPhone, update your application.
