Excellent 4 & 3 pin fan splitter. This is for my 3 SP120 RGB Pro fans that came with the Corsair 220t case. My motherboard didn't have enough connectors so it was a great pickup. I initially didn't want to make this purchase because I figured these splitters wouldn't allow my motherboard to control fan speed since my fans are 3-pin and my fans would run at full speed, but they don't. If your motherboard is compatible with a 4/3 pin fan controller, these splitters will work fine. I previously connected 2 of my 3 pin DC fans and my motherboard was able to control the speed and this splitter didn't affect that compatibility.
