Be sure to check the width of the LED bulb before purchasing. Some LEDs are thicker than others. We received this from LampsPlus to replace some of the halogen bulbs for our lamp. We wanted natural light in our room, which also has a white bed, and the white natural light from these LED bulbs illuminates the room quite well. The quality was good, only time will tell. Also note that flickering may occur when used with a dimmer under load. However, our lamp is the only one connected to the line to the room, so we have no problems with a dimmer. It only works on the highest and lowest settings, otherwise it flickers. No problem for most.
