First I deducted a star because there was no nutritional information in the box. Having gone through the HCG program in the past, it is imperative that you follow the diet plan closely if you are to succeed. Of course, my previous HCG program was with real drugs, doctor-supervised, so I'm curious to see if they're having an effect. Anyway if you order this and miss the info meal plan you can easily find it online. If it's real HCG that I've used before, it's important to stick to a diet plan if you want to see real weight loss. Oh, and to answer the question about training during the program, the last time I did it the doctor advised against it. However, a regular walk or yoga class should be fine, but don't overexert yourself. Update: It's been about 6 weeks since I started the program and I'm in the "maintenance phase" where you allow your body to settle down and adjust to a new normal. Since that first round, I've lost a total of 26 pounds, my BMI is down 3 points, and my body fat percentage is down 6.4%. You must eat only approved foods in prescribed amounts for good results. I've had the best results with tilapia and chicken, but still had decent results with lean beef (both steak and ground beef). Overall, I consider this first round a success and plan to launch a second round once I complete a few more weeks of maintenance.
