Item worked great right out of the box! I installed it after upgrading a 5" Uconnect to a 7" Uconnect in my JT. This item is required for your air conditioner to work if you upgrade the air conditioner controls along with the radio. Additional features are a plus and I look forward to new features! The packaging was a little minimal like it was already opened but I'm not complaining the shipping was quick.
