Customer Service at ZENY Disappoints

I'm very dissatisfied with ZENY's customer support after buying a bed from their website. Several parts of the bed were missing when it was delivered, and customer service was useless and unresponsive. Despite my repeated attempts to contact, I was always placed on hold for an interminable amount of time and then abruptly cut off. A representative was unapologetic and uninterested in assisting me when I eventually reached out to them. However, when I asked for a reimbursement, they flat-out denied my request and said I would have to cover the cost of the missing components out of pocket. This is not the standard of service I anticipate from an internet retailer. As a whole, ZENY is not a company I would suggest to anyone in search of high-quality furnishings for their house. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service because of their absence of customer care and their refusal to resolve my problem to my satisfaction.
