Scratchy like an old CD

I am very disappointed with this product. All arrived scratched. The bag they came in was nothing like what I saw online. I am not happy. The zipper is the only good thing about it. But the color is bad, the material is bad, the packaging is bad. I can't use it for its intended purpose. I should have chosen a different brand/company. I think half the price would be more reasonable for this quality.
