Bad quality control.
You cannot fully tighten the assembly because the main frame parts are out of tolerance. In other words, it doesn't fit well as it has "gaps" at where the studs connect. This will loosen the joints and expose up to 1/8 of the gap. Typical problems of foreign quality, even Kolpin's front label was crooked. Poor quality control for the price.
