Excellent radios. Separate chargers and lithium-ion batteries are a clear plus. Having a charger for each radio is most convenient when radios are usually kept separate from each other. The range is excellent for a small size. Plug-in chargers are very useful for charging the built-in lithium-ion battery. The LED glows red when the radio is charging and glows green when fully charged. I'm happy to report that there are no blue LEDs. When you turn on the radio for the first time, a pleasant voice will say "Turn on." When you change channels, the voice simply announces the channel number. You always know which channel you are on. Another good feature is that the radio can still receive while charging. This is great for waiting for a call. I am very happy with this purchase.
