It has been difficult to insulate almost all year round, and in winter when we can't walk every day, it's a lot. I was so excited to offer my kids something to keep their hands busy and burn off some nervous energy while we homeschool, but the first toy broke within minutes. Within 48 hours, almost all toys suffered the same fate. The squeeze ball burst and the gel balls spilled out after my six year old was in for just a few minutes and he ended up crying worried he had done something wrong. This led to the opposite intention and now he's too stressed to try any of the stress balls I bought to replace him.
