I've been making candles for twenty years now and I have NEVER bought a wax that has had such disastrous results. First, it was flakes, not granules, and flew all over the immediate area when I scooped it out of the bag. Second, it's not intended for making candles as advertised, especially freestanding columns like the ones I'm making. Candles look as if they are mixed with a solid white color - such bright, clear colors are impossible. When I personally want to make pastel candles, I want the result to be intentional. Third, wax has no odor at all, so all those wonderfully smelling essential oils have been wasted. As if there weren't enough negatives, the candles felt greasy, like they had been doused in oil and rubbed heavily. I will never recommend this product to anyone. Do yourself a favor and buy something else.
