Highly recommend Pasta drying rack Made in Italy
Fantastic pasta drying rack. I made a batch of fresh extruded pasta and am very happy with the quality of this dryer. Noodles dry well, no sticking problems. Will definitely buy at least one more grid to cook twice as much pasta as last time. It's made of quality solid materials and should last a long time.
