1) The game mechanics are fun, easy to use with no learning curve required2/3 They can be used by clients or even non techies as well just need some help setting it up! This was especially helpful in solving our client retention rate issues where we needed something simple for people who were not computer savy - this fit right into that category. I would highly recommend using playbasisonline if you're looking at engagement solutions within your organization but don't have any coding background. We saw results quickly when launching new games from scratch compared to other tools out there.
