After my son researched why his 1999 Honda Prelude just died whenever it felt like it, freeway, freeway, rush hour. This was seen as a problem. Despite knowing full well that it was the problem, the Honda dealer wanted $100.00 to "diagnose" the problem because he knew it wasn't going to die within the hour!
