Review on ๐Ÿงฝ Black KitchenAid Soap Dispensing Sink Brush: Enhance Your Kitchen Cleaning Routine! by Jeff Dabney

Design flaws make this new model inappropriate.

I bought this because the older KitchenAid model (KC820OHWHA) was out of stock and like others I couldn't find replacement heads for it. I was hoping that this item would be as good as the model I was unable to replace but after about a month of use I can confirm that it is not. This brush has significant design flaws. First, the scrubber tip is useless, rather preventing the front bristles from reaching forward far enough to clean the narrow areas of the tools. Secondly, unlike the previous model, the bristles do not radiate outward from the head and therefore cannot effectively clean areas in the corners of pots and pans. Finally, the black (opaque) pen makes it impossible to tell when to stop adding soap to refill the brush, and spills and waste are inevitable. On the plus side, I liked the soap dispenser system and had good control over the placement and volume of soap dispensed. Update: The head broke after less than 10 months of use. Downgraded to one star.
