Broken in less than 2 months

Normal use for two months. Both tabs attaching the head to the handle are broken! The quality is nothing like the previous version of this brush. Look for something different.

Pros
  • Feeling good
Cons
  • Useless functions

Button is hard to press

Not as good as your old brush which has always been my favorite. This one is durable and will not leak soap BUT the button is very hard to press to dispense soap! This is difficult with the thumb, you need two hands! No joke!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Nothing

Do not buy. Not as good as the old style.

Soap does not run out if there is not enough in the dispenser. After 8 months of purchase, the grooves attaching the head to the handle broke off. This will cause the head/bristle to fall off immediately. If you used an old KitchenAid brush and liked it, don't expect the same results from this one. 👎

Pros
  • Not cheap, but neat
Cons
  • old

Buy something else! breaks easily!

The tab holding the brush broke after two months. I called the company that made it and they wanted me to pay the shipping back for a replacement and it just wasn't worth it because I had another one that was going to break in two months! It's really sad that something called KitchenAid is being done so poorly.

Pros
  • Easy to set up
Cons
  • Doubtful

Think carefully before you buy.

While this is a reliable device; Soap is wasted and generally it's much better if you just have a bottle of dish soap. Refilling is a pain too. A good, more flexible cookware brush will suit you much better. It turned out to be an extra brush; but it will not replace a more flexible brush. Due to its shape, it is difficult to corner.

Poor ergonomics and bristle placement

Doesn't look like this thing is going to be phased out anytime soon, but I won't be using it long enough to find out. Keeping it in a way that feels natural doesn't make it easy to clean. Even if you could grab and angle this thing decently, the odd arrangement of the bristles means you can't even wash dishes without making an obscene number of passes in the same area. Also, after more than 10 soap dispensers, you need to refill water/soap because the mechanism doesn't work when the tank is…

  • Health & Household
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Designed not to cope with cleaning tools

What a silly thing to write a review but the makers of this product really failed here. The big design flaw is quite simple. the brush is smaller, much smaller than the head. This basically means you can't clean anything but a flat surface. You cannot clean bowls, pots, etc. You can only clean perfectly flat or nearly flat surfaces. by contact with corners etc. Just incredibly bad design. The question remains why on earth is this thing for sale? Where are the positive reviews coming from…

Pros
  • Household item
Cons
  • Discontinued

Design flaws make this new model inappropriate.

I bought this because the older KitchenAid model (KC820OHWHA) was out of stock and like others I couldn't find replacement heads for it. I was hoping that this item would be as good as the model I was unable to replace but after about a month of use I can confirm that it is not. This brush has significant design flaws. First, the scrubber tip is useless, rather preventing the front bristles from reaching forward far enough to clean the narrow areas of the tools. Secondly, unlike the previous…
