Review on 🍜 Hicook Stainless Steel Spaetzle Maker: Authentic German Egg Noodle Pan with Lid, Scraper, and Spaghetti Strainer by Daniel Evans

This item is very durable and I love how well it fits in my existing pan. I've done this with several tests (some with more eggs or milk instead of water). I got really lucky with the first one, the second time was too hard and the third worked well. So if you don't succeed at first, try again! I recommend using oven mitts as the steam will rush through the holes, the lid gets hot and it takes a while to figure out how to use it. Not too long and it will be a lot easier next time. The dough should be elastic, but not too much. It really was what I thought was my biggest problem. I like that it is easy to clean and can be washed in the dishwasher. Edit: I had an issue with my original order (revain fulfillment issue), they responded very quickly and sent me a new one. Luckily it was intact! Received the product without a scraper and the packaging of the product has been opened. I bought this for my uncle's birthday and since I didn't have time to return it, get a new one and make dumplings over time, I decided to use my personal spatula. (Now that I have the full product I don't recommend using your own, the spatula that came with it is much better than mine. I managed to break one of mine in half.)
