The simplicity of using this tool makes it very user friendly for any type organization or business size! It's also great because you can easily add new categories within your current system which will help with customizing reports as well!! I wish there was an option where instead if we have multiple users accessing one folder (which would be ideal) they could each work independently without having access at all times like what Sharepoint does but not sure how possible/easy such feature might actually be implemented? This has been working perfectly so far since going live two weeks ago.

We are able to see our financial status from beginning till end plus being able to categorize projects into subcategories allows us do quickly identify trends over certain periods of project life cycles. ! Very pleased thus far by everything about martustools including support team responsiveness who were always quick ans helpful whenever needed throughout implementation process. !! Would highly recommend everyone try out their free trial version first.
