Review on Botmock by Matt Welch

I like the fact that botmock is easy to use and has many features available for free. There are times when it can be difficult to find answers or get help with a problem. For example, sometimes when you do not see where something is in the code, you cannot figure out how to fix it. The customer service team is very helpful but can seem at times disinterested. So far, nothing in particular. It seems like they have really changed their product over time. They have some features that were not present before such as custom domains. Their customer support is excellent and they always respond quickly. My company uses BOTMOCK whenever we need to build a bot. As of now, I am not aware of anything.
